About Us

Who We Are

Supporting and speaking up for Cloverdale and Clayton Heights- through programs, partnerships, and people.

The Cloverdale Community Association (CCA) was officially registered on October 14, 1978 under the Societies Act. It was formed to represent the local residents and businesses concerns and feedback. We strive to make a positive change in the community by ensuring that the residents and businesses play an active role in the consultation and decision-making processes. We encourage consultation with stakeholders to find practical, sustainable solutions to local issues such as infrastructure, transportation and social planning strategies. We work with residents, businesses, developers, other associations and all levels of government to ensure our community is safe and livable today and in the future in addition to preserving our history and retaining our Town Centre status in the City of Surrey.

There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.
